Built in the 1970s, this Plummer cabin was full of potential. Plummer cabins are named for their builder and are sought after properties in Big Canoe.

This small cabin appear tiny on the outside but opens up nicely on the inside. It offers three bedrooms and two baths plus generous outdoor space in a screened porch and deck.

The interior was given a partial paint job while preserving much of the original woodwork. Refinished hardwood floors, new carpeting on the lower level, all new bathrooms and kitchen, plus a complete lighting refresh really changed the feel of this cabin.
