Brookhaven Townhomes is a small community of 1980s townhomes with great character.

The unassuming exterior opens dramatically into a two-story vaulted great room with wood ceilings. This particular unit is an end unit with additional light pouring in through the large dining area windows.

While full of potential, the finishes were last updated in the 1990s. A revamp of the kitchen and baths brought the space into modern times. New flooring, paint, and lighting also worked wonders in the house. Additionally, the landscape both around the house and in the secluded backyard were totally refreshed and enlivened. This unit became the catalyst for others in the community to begin renovation work on their homes.
